15five is in need of a photographer to photograph their Thrive conference.
Project Deliverables
This project proposal covers the photographing of the Thrive by 15five event from November 14th through the 16th. Photographer Javier Gonzalez will be present starting at the welcoming reception on the 14th and subsequently during all scheduled programming with the exception of lunch breaks unless specifically requested. During this time Javier will focus on photographing key aspects of the event and attendees.
It is required for the 15five to provide a shot list of images they would like for the photographer to capture along with an itinerary of important announcements or people of importance that need to be captured. 15five can expect to receive 50 images from the welcoming reception and 125 per following full days totaling 300 images.
Included in this project 15five and the proper affiliates will have full copyright ownership of deliverables.

Photographing of Event (includes 2nd photographer for days two and three)

Full Copyright Ownership
Upon completion of photographing the event, you can expect to receive 300 images within seven business days of photographing the event. The visual assets will have gone through color correction, cropping, and retouching. Upon delivery of visual assets, you are entitled to 1 round of revisions and adjustments. Any further edits will be billed hourly at the rate of $75.00 per hour.
High-Res digital photographs will be delivered in JPEG format via an online sharing service. Other forms of filing format can be delivered upon specific request.
For the above-mentioned project, the following rate will be assessed:
Package rate of $5000.00.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required 14 days before the event.
The cost remaining amount for this project is due within 30 business days of visual asset delivery. Payments can be made in the form of a check or electronic payment.
After reviewing the package we’ll meet in-person or via the web to discuss and negotiate the perfect package for your budget and timeline before moving forward.
